heard la canfora say yesterday the bidwill's are thinking of replacing whiz with todd haley

i think whisenhunt is a fine coach, just needs a quarterback. i don't haley is as bad as his tenure in KC looked but if i was a cards fan i'd be pretty down on this potential move.

Whise is out and I heard on radio the DC, Horton, to replace Whise.

No link. Heard about a week ago on sports talk.

I hope this happens, just so we're guaranteed to have a camera on Haley at all times.

I don't think Haley is going to do any better than KW. His team in KC was similar to AZ, just not as good defensively.

I've been wondering when this NFL carousel was gonna start, anxious to see how it affects the CFB landscape.

It boggles my mind why a team would get rid of a coach when they KNOW they have terrible personnel. Especially at QB.

Wisenhunt is a good coach, IMO.

If Arizona lets him go, they deserve to lose anything afterwards. He'll pick up somewhere else and be successful.

Wisenhunt 4 years removed from a Super Bowl appearance.

Especially when said coach isn't the GM.

hasn't had a QB since Kurt Warner... and the franchise has become notorious for starting QBs that shouldn't even be wearing a uniform

but yeah, it's totally the coach's fault that they suck.

Well I'm sure he gets some say in personnel, no?

Surely he thought they should personnel Kevin Kolb, which proved to be an awful decision.

Perhaps. But look at it this way..he got them off to a 4-0 start then started getting battered behind that OL. That OL has to be the worst in the NFL. I mean they can't protect shite. I keep hearing about how Arizona has a QB problem, but they have a really bad OL problem.

Because it's a lot easier to get a new coach than a new team. Most coaching fires have nothing to do with how good of a job the coach is actually doing with the personnel they have. Mostly it's about keeping the season ticket holders mollified for another year. Also, it may be that KW was instrumental in the Kevin Kolb trade. If he was, then he has no one but himself to blame for the lack of QB.
