Was it announced last weekend? Then, no.

At least he looks like he has figured out his sea legs after joining the Pac 12. Better than nothing I suppose.

Now that's the type of coach I was expecting Michigan to go after. Whittingham has done a solid job at Utah.

All the NFL/superstar coaches whose names have been thrown out were way too unrealistic for UM.

Exactly, but he'll probably claim that's who he was talking about.

this is bs. jh first choice, les backup.

a lot of sites just create false info to get the click. michigan is very quiet with the search. the site has nothing to publish.

Well Michigan will need a third candidate when Jim and Les tell them "thanks but no thanks"

I'm of the opinion that nobody really has a clue what's happening with most of these coaching searches. Did anybody have a clue that Nebraska was even considering Riley? I doubt he was mentioned at all before news came out that he was hired. Same thing with Andersen going to Oregon State.

It seems like most coaching hires come completely out of the blue.

I dont think anyone reasonably expected Utah to join the pac12 and become successful immediately. Hes a good coach and a solid hire. UM may be finding out they arent the elite destination they fancy themselves.

if 49ers lost big this weekend, jh may be fired.

he will block any trade. so 49ers has no reason to keep him around. they will promote the dl coach to see how good he is. the downside to fire jh is need to pay him $5m next year. michigan and jh may negotiate with 49ers to buy out some.

if jh not interested, he will tell m to move on. he has plenty of chances to say that. he did not. jh does not need playing michigan to get big contract.

are you going to say no to $11m per year? that is the max michigan is willing to go to

Riger is as unreliable as they come. This board is eating up every ball of shite being thrown at the wall in regards to this coaching source.

Good lord, people.
