John Bachman new Head Coach at Calvary

Is Calvary not embarrassed taking Evangel's retreads year after year? Are they not capable of building anything on their own?

I believe this is their third ever head coach and first with Evangel ties.

And they are a relatively new high school.

Actually this is their 4th Head Coach and 2nd with Evangel ties. Johnny Booty was the first coach followed by Peterson, Meeks & now Bachman. Everytime they have tried to hire a coach their first choice was an Evangel guy.

Johnny was the first as I said and Calvary went after Ronnie Alexander for the job but he turned it down and then re-thought it and decided to take the job a few weeks later but Johnny Booty screwed Alexander over and offered him the job and he accepted and then they hired Peterson the next day and they tried to get Alexander to be the Defensive Coordinator and Ronnie wasn't buying the double cross.

After Peterson left they went after Bachman whom they had interviewed before after Alexander interviewed the first time around and they tried getting cute with him telling him who he was or wasn't going to be able to hire after they had offered him the job. He would eventually back out and they went after Meeks and got him. This time around they didn't try to tell Coach Bachman anything so he was their first choice. So if things had fallen a certain way every Head coach in Calvary history would have been from Evangel if not for a few choices here or there. But instead of all 4 in their history being "from" Evangel now they have 2 of 4 come from there.
