Why would Harbaugh want to join that organization, you might not ever get another NFL gig after that one.

this would be an epic fail of a career move. he can stay at Stanford for a few more years and then get a much better job than Oakland, either in the NFL or college.

Harbaugh is not dumb enough to make that move after seeing what big Al did to Kiffin

Davis doesn't pay... does anything he can not to pay his coaches after he shits the bed and sabotages their ability to do anything

Maybe he's going to 10 coaches over a 15 year period or something

You don't have to believe a questionable source like Lane Kiffin... more credible guys like Shannahan and Schottenheimer (sp?) have had ample reasons to hate Al and teh Raiders for how they were treated... and it's gotten nothing but worse since then

If any NFL jobs that opens and he would leave the Farm for I think it would be Dallas.

That would be a huge mistake...huge. Oakland will be nothing until Davis leaves.

Harbaugh seems like he has way too big of an ego to deal with Al's shite

Also, he just hired Brian Polian. Making hires this late isn't something someone leaving is going to do
