Miles a similar 8 million per year. Would Miles take it? Would LSU then offer Miles a significant raise to stay?

If I were Miles, I would be pretty insulted if I were not offered the same. As far as only college football coaching resume goes, Miles has a better resume than Harbaugh. Of course has has one a NFC championship and played for a couple, but college is a different game. Ask Charlie Weiss.

You are joking, right? Harbaugh's resume is far more impressive. Miles wouldnt be offered more than 6.5 mil

You don't ever offer Plan B as much as you offer your first choice. He is, after all, Plan B.

Miles has won a NC and played for another. He has taken LSU to 3 BCS bowl games. He hasvwon the SEC two times and the division 3 times. Harbaugh has won just one conference title.

miles doesn't deserves what he makes now, he hit the jackpot with sabans players & really hit the jackpot with a 2 nc that paid him more than any other coach at the time.

harbaugh had to build Stanford, miles walked into a program already built & the roster stacked, big difference

Harbaugh has got to be gone. UM been way to quiet lately. I think the deal is done.
