Since I graduated high school, the only 2 books I have given up on were Trevayne by Ludlum and The Shack by William P. Young.
I hated most of those "classic" books we had to read in high school.

Crime and Punishment. Just boring to me.
Found Confederacy of Dunces to be one of the most laugh out loud funny books Ive ever read. I am a yat from the Nola metro though. So maybe the target audience.
Moby Dick was one of the most intense and satisfying reads I ever had. I was also living alone in small town MS at the time. Def could not give it the energy it required where am i am in life now.
Find anything by JD Salinger to be crap.

Jonathan Strange and Mr Morrell or whatever that was called.
I tried - but I just put it down after 150 pages.

quote:. It took me three tries to get through this book. When I finished, I was pissed that I wasted time with it. Did Not like the book at all.
