So I read a Crackpot theory that I've never heard before...that the Ghost of High Heart is an old Child of the Forest. Is it possible since she predicts events and prophecies?

Yeah, she's a child of the forest I believe. Connected to Jenny of Oldstones and the Summerhall tragedy. She's a dwarf seer, so makes sense she'd be a child of the forest. Given her connection to King Jaehaerys II and Summerhall she'd have to be a couple hundred years old at least in ACOK, so it's likely she's a child of the forest.

High Heart:
quote:

High Heart is a very tall hill in the Riverlands. It was sacred to the children of the forest. Around its crown stands a ring of thirty-one weirwood stumps. The hill is considered a safe place due to its relative height compared to the very flat surrounding land, making it nearly impossible to be approached unseen.
The nearby smallfolk avoid the area as it is said to be haunted by the children of the forest who had been slaughtered by the Andal king Erreg

Ghost of High Heart:
quote:

The Ghost of High Heart is an old, stooped, very short woman who has visions of the future. She walks with a gnarled black cane, and her white hair is so long it almost touches the ground. Her flesh is very pale and she has red eyes.

If she's not a COTF, probably descended from them.

Her prophecies have been the most accurate in the series. I think her Sansa prophecy alludes to more than just Sweetrobin knocking over her snow castle. Titan of Braavos=Giant. Littlefinger's downfall? We know from the last Alayne POV that he can't keep his hands off Sansa/Alayne much longer...definitely see Littlefinger taking matters into his own hands and seducing Sansa/Alayne.

Giant: Littlefinger
Castle of Snow: Winterfell
Girl: Sansa

That's exactly what it is. Sansa will kill Littlefinger in Winterfell.

I'm trying to figure out how Sansa will kill him...she didn't learn swords and bows like Arya did/was too busy learning needlework from Septa Mordane in her childhood .

Maybe with the dagger that almost killed Bran in season 1/AGoT that Littlefinger lied to Catelyn about who owned it?

Littlefinger isn't exactly a badass either. I really stick by my theory that Sansa kills Littlefinger in the crypts of Winterfell when he attempts to kill and gloats at Tyrion.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot that Brandon nearly killed him . The scar Brandon left him is supposed to be from his navel to collarbone.

I dont see sansa killing littlefinger. He may annoy her but he got her out of kings landing and saved her life when she was gonna fly.

I think people try too hard to read into the prophecies and make a story around them too often haha

It's because the Fat Man takes his sweet arse time writing ASOIAF and leaves us with 5-6 year breaks in between each book. We have all the time in the world to overanalyze theories and make predictions.

Here's the prophesy:

quote:

I dreamt of a maid at a feast with purple serpents in her hair, venom dripping from their fangs. And later I dreamt that same maid again, slaying a savage giant in a castle built of snow.

That seems to be conclusive proof that Sansa will kill Littlefinger, whose house sigil is the Titan of Braavos.

And who gives a flying frick if Littlefinger got her out of King's Landing? Littlefinger set Sansa up to be an accomplice for Joffrey's death. He didn't save her, he blackmailed her into joining him.

And Sansa hasn't fully figured out Littlefinger's role in everything, which she most certainly will. She has enough information now to figure out that Littlefinger lured Ned to his death to King's Landing. Nevertheless when she figures out that he likely told Joffrey to kill Ned himself.

From all the hints and the sheer amount of motive Sansa will have to kill Littlefinger once she knows everything about him, I think it is incredibly naive to think that Sansa will not be the fall of Littlefinger.

If you're serious u must be drunk or something.

Giant has also referred to tyrion. Every prophesy doesnt come true in these books. It would be a disgrace to how well llittlefinger has played the game of thrones to have him taken out by Sansa, a non-player. If Sansa killed him in the nezt book it would pretty much eliminate her from the entire story, as she has no way to accomplish anything on her own. He arranged a great marriage for her, she has to at least keep him around until that takes place, as all she has ever wanted was a fancy wedding

I don't see Sansa killing Tyrion at all.

I'm not saying that at all. I definitely don't think Littlefinger will die in the next book. But it makes perfect sense for Sansa to kill Littlefinger. He has a blind spot for her and Littlefinger is utterly responsible for the destruction of her family. She will figure this out.

Have Littlefinger on the edge of his greatest victory (ie: about to get his own dragon), and then have Sansa kill him. Stab him in the back with the blade that he framed Tyrion with and saving Tyrion at the same time.

Yeah, it's a solid series so far, but Rothfuss is equally as bad as Martin with getting books out (actually worse since Martin actually got his first three out at a good pace).

Actually, it would be totally fitting for Littlefinger to get taken out by Sansa, the irony would be fantastic. That being said, with that string of prophecies that has her taking out the giant, ever other part of the prophecy happened in the same book, so the odds are it might have just meant the snow castle building since that led to Lysa going flying.

And I don't think there is any way in hell Geroge moves the plot along far enough in one book for Littlefinger and Sansa to make it to Winterfell, much less get there and have him die. I have my doubts about him finishing in 7 books right now unless we see some serious movement.

Is that a reference to her killing Joffrey?

The second part seems to refer to robert tho. Remember how unruly he was before lysa's death. He was causing her all kinds of shite. Then lysa died and sansa basically became his mom

And he called himself a giant as he was stomping on her snow castle
