Perkins thinks he’s smarter than he really is.

What a great way to get rid of an entitled player's entitlement. Move the whole franchise to a different city.

The best attention one can give anything he says is to give him no attention. ESPN is truly in the toilet.

A basketball team in New Orleans, hard to take this seriously when we can't spell last names correctly.

Zion is a quitter, just like Byron Davis, just like Chris Paul, and just like Anthony Davis.

The big boy shutting him down was pretty funny. I remember Jalen Rose got shut down on a similar point. They were doing an NBA Saturday night telecast and he said something like Seattle is calling for the Pelicans, and I remember Wilbon said well that call will go unanswered and the voicemail is full

Perkins need to get taken off the air. But honestly us talking about him and giving his bs the time of day means he’s doing his job. In the meantime tho, he can suck on this Phoenix win tn

Sucks to hear it, and moving the franchise for a player is pretty stupid……….but he is right about them giving tickets away and crap like that being a problem.

If Zion played and the Pels were good, there would be more fans in the seats. If NOLA didn't have the strictest Covid mandates in America, there would be more fans in the seats. There are ways to fix this.

He definitely has a point. NOLA is a sewage pond anyway.

I can’t stand perkins, but I agree the pelicans should just go. It’s a failed (2x) experiment to put an NBA franchise here. The NBA is not set up for small market success.

Milwaukee literally won a championship last year. Would anybody really care if the Pelicans moved? I would pretend to care that the city it moved to would not be more deserving, but I honestly won’t care all that much a week or two after it’s announced.

The Pelicans are not the Bucks though and will never be. Even the Bucks won’t sustain any success winning more championships. Those are reserved for what the nba players see as markets of fame. Louisiana offers nothing like that. Fame is worth more than the dollar to them. Pelicans will remain perennial losers here. Time to try a new experiment.
