You know what's coming. There's not one of these videos where the dad comes home from deployment and surprises his family at a sporting event that doesn't make me cry. Today we have Major Samuel Sanderson who had been away on multiple deployments with the Army National Guard, surprising his kids who thought the were playing a game at the Utah Jazz game...

Being a veteran myself, these videos choke me up every time. Glad I served before having kids. There's no way I could spend 6 months away from my little munchkins.

I'm sure that was awesome for the kids but as a Dad myself, that had to be an amazing feeling for him. Should do wonders for his psyche if he does another deployment.

Agreed. I don't know how you couldn't cry. I can't imagine having to be away from my kids like these soldiers do and that's one of the reasons I have so very much love and respect for them.
