Multiple outlets report that LSU freshman guard Angelica Valez is entering the transfer portal.

Valez, a former four-star prospect from Bronx, N.Y., played in 23 games for the Tigers this past season, averaging just 1.2 points per game.

She would not have seen much playing time if she stayed. LSU needed a point guard badly and she could not even hold on to the ball.

Miss Louisiana Basketball player will be here next season and she is the real deal point guard. 2025 will see another great guard. Her playing would be very limited.
