Former LSU wide receiver Jarvis Landry was "dominant" during the New Orleans Saints OTA practice session on Thursday, according to Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football.

Per The Spun:
quote:

"The biggest takeaway from this practice is that Jarvis Landry is a good football player," Underhill said. "He dominated the session today - had four catches. We saw his physicality and his attitude really make a big impression on the field today. He had a one-handed catch that was the play of the day."

Underhill added that Landry's attitude is something the Saints were missing last season.

I love Jarvis, but he can’t stay healthy. He’s played and extremely physical style his whole career and it’s catching up to him. I hope like hell I’m wrong but his toughness has hindered him lately.

We already knew he was good at football. Why we should have gone for him in the draft.

Sean Petty hate LSU players, I think there's truth to that because now that he's gone they sign LSU players. Peyton got damn loved Ohio St players and players from up North period, he was an idiot in that regard.

Need to find a video of him on kickoff coverage vs Auburn in 2011. Absolutely killing people

Landry isn’t the biggest, strongest or fastest WR on the field but he is an excellent football player. He knows what to do and when to do it.
