Special teams coach who oversaw the most pitiful Tiger special teams play in decades is staying?

So if he stays can we just down ball in end zone and start play at the 25 yd line instead of penalties causing us to start at 10-15 yd line?

So absolutely no changes in staff after Miles was almost fired. None at all? We only had the chance to improve on our DC was because Steele took another job.
