The 6-6, 250-pound prospect was originally committed to UCF but reopened his recruitment on December 30.

It is unclear at this moment as to whether or not Harris has an offer from LSU but the coaching staff is keeping a close eye on the East Ascension DE who visited campus this past weekend.

LSU currently has 20 commitments for the class of 2017 with room for about seven more, according to multiple sources.

Harris is rated the No. 13 strongside defensive end in the country and the No. 9 overall player from the state of Louisiana for 2017, according to 247 Sports.

Should be a no brainer. Playing for Coach O who's very energetic and motivates his player to go above and beyond or some coach just accepted the job coming from temple... Temple, folks! LSU is trending upwards while baylor is the opposite..

"It is unclear at this moment as to whether or not Harris has an offer from LSU" I'm a little confused by this... Why is he going to put a school in his top 2 without an offer?

He would have a hundred offers. Can't risk one of your offers on a guy who will have to go juco. We would love for him to qualify.

The guy is wearing blue jean shorts. So what is the damn problem? You see them every day virtually everywhere. Some of you are just idiotic.
