Multiple sources report that Vanderbilt is expected to hire James Madison coach Mark Byington to replace Jerry Stackhouse.
The 47-year-old coach has been at James Madison since 2020, compiling an 82-36 record. The Dukes went 32-4 this season and upset Wisconsin in the first round of the Tournament this year.
