GI md here. Mda is where I would go. You want a surgeon who only does pancreatic surgeries (like whipple). But the other thing that's important is the location of tumor in pancreas is it in the head, body, or tail? Makes a difference in the surgical procedure needed. Having said that, I'm sure ochsn...
