Monster DC Sniper is also good if you want a different view of the story.

OKC here. I love it here but night and day difference. OKC may as well be NYC compared to Guymon. Be prepared for atrocious weather. Negative wind chills on the regular in the panhandle during the winter.

I was at a large firm for 5 years and have been in industry for 4 years since leaving. Everything ENTIRELY depends on your team. I agree it is subjective but I think the placement of consider in the lead in sentence is much different than in the rule.

Where do you see this? The official Florida plan says “should rent to in state residents only” for phase 2. I don’t see the word consider anywhere....

To clarify, I believe that the ban on short term rentals in Florida still applies to out of state individuals DURING phase 2. Phase 2 only opens them up for in state renters.
