For those of you who followed the postings of Poodlebrain over the years, I'm sorry to say that my brother passed away today. He was an ardent LSU fan and prolific poster on many of the Tiger Droppings Forums.
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers on his behalf.

You should be aware that not all communities participate in the national flood insurance program (NFIP) which means that it is possible that a property is not eligible for insurance from the federally subsidized program. If coverage is needed to secure a loan it may be available in the excess market...

There may be some coverage for the LLC under the General Liability policy if the fishing camp exposure is incidental to your business operations. Check the exclusions and who is an insured sections in your General Liability policy very carefully.

As a new college graduate making my first car purchase, I used this service in 1983. I was very pleased with the result and as a single woman, I was happy to have someone else manage the relationship with the car dealership. I told USAA how much I would pay and they delivered....
