grew up in St. James Parish... Potato Salad in gumbo was the only way to have gumbo. Shrimp and Okra preferred but mostly just Chicken and Sausage....

It'll be tough since the UGA game kickoff is at the same time. Any bar/restaurant with TV screens should have both of them on though....

I live down the street from Foley Field in Athens. It is definitely due to LSU fans. NONE of UGA Baseball games sell out. Much less twice in a weekend.
If anyone is walking down Rutherford, we'll be tailgating on my deck Saturday morning. Come holler Tiger Bait at my UGA friends....
