what 4lsu2 said...my buddy fishes the lake and all around those spots and this is what he is saying.. although hes been running crawfish traps on the west pearl and shrimping alot but he knows his shite! one of the best all around hunter/fisherman i know hands down! dude does it all. from offshore fishing the lumps etc. bowfishes,deer hunts,and whatever is biting from catching trigerfish in the lake undernieth crap trap corks, frogs, runs slap traps,hoop nets, trot lines etc. also get a few gator tags every yr. All the people who say they dont have a honey hole in the lake this guy can catch on any day.. may have to run to a couple spots but dude can fish!
