wow, haha.. we won't be running ourselves over (no promises). we aren't nearly that bad. we may have to consider not doing scramble then. sounds like either city park or audubon. i don't know if we're good enough to not anger some people at these other courses. thanks for the feedback OT.

i don't get why scramble on friday is a problem? we can all keep it on the fairway, but playing scramble will make our group go faster.

anyone have recommendations for a decent golf course in the new orleans area for an amateur group of four? we're playing on a friday and we don't want to be hounded for going too slowly. that's not saying we're going to take our time playing. also, drinking should be do-able.
