Also, will some be required to make fed and potentially state quarterly payments? If so, missing them can lead to penalties that further erode the original amount paid. ...

Ronk, was wondering the same for centipede. I can’t find a guide like this for Louisiana.
Also, can we mix sedgehammer in any of these to save a trip?
Thx for your advice. ...

Deck board recommendations for freshwater dock
Posted by Conch Shell on 12/22/20 at 12:16 pm
Does anybody have suggestions to replace treated wooden deck boards on a dock over freshwater? I looked into composites, etc. and am thinking PVC is the way to go but am not sure if that is the best choice or not.
The goal is to get something that will last as long as possible. I'm okay doing...
re: How to find sewer cleanouts?
Posted by Conch Shell on 12/16/20 at 8:33 am
My builder told me to look for small circles on the side of the slab to find mine. He said it was fairly common for the plumbers put bottle caps on the form boards by the cleanouts so they can find them.
I guess it might depend on the plumber or the age of the house, but it might be worth a lo...

Thanks, I don't need wifi, just something to look at during the cooler months.
Also, I can take the lead up to stop the algae growth. I just want to make sure the display can last outdoors under a covered dock....
Lake temperature gauge recommendations
Posted by Conch Shell on 11/23/20 at 12:49 pm
I'm looking to find a lake temperature gauge to leave permanently on a freshwater dock, but don't see many available.
I'd be fine with electrical or battery operated and I'd like to be able to get the temp on one unit at both 5' and 10' if possible. Separate units at each depth would be okay to...

Sorry crawdude, I accidentally downvoted and don't see how to change it.
Thank to jimbeam for the answers as well....

Ronk, I may have missed it elsewhere, can you please share your preemergent schedule? Also, is it the schedule applicable to centipede? I'm in Covington if that impacts the schedule....

Crawdude, is there a reason you are doing prodiamine first and simazine second? I like the idea of using both and the reason I ask is that I already received my simazine and have to order the prodiamine....

Thanks everyone, it looks like I have a plan.

Spot treat with Celsius now.

CenlaLowel and ronk, thanks for the reply. I'm always impressed with the responses from ya'll, crawdude and GC.
I don't know what the second pic is. It looks like small clover patches and those small pink flowers just started on them. I'll go looking around to see if I can identify it....

Thanks GC, I have 2 main existing weeds and appreciate the help not wasting a trip.
Also, wanted to mention that I have Atrazine and Image, but can get anything else you recommend. It's about 14K sqft and I'll use a backpack pump sprayer.

Simazine - should I mix anything else with it?
Posted by Conch Shell on 9/24/20 at 11:27 am
Hello, I've settled on Simazine for the fall pre emergent based on the LSU water runoff article.
Should I mix anything else with it besides surfactant when applying to get better results from the same application?
I'm in Covington with Centipede if that helps....
