Does anyone have any experience with using one? I have a few regular type game cameras but I have a power line right of way that crosses my hunting property that I would like to monitor. ...

Bobcat or Panther? - Choccolocco
This pic was taken in an area where it is rumored that there is a panther/mountain lion. The area is very remote but it's in Alabama. I say bobcat but my buddy says panther. What does the OB say? I hope the pic posts properly it's the first time I have tried to post one. [img][IMG]http://i1302...

Opening Day of Turkey Season Tomorrow - Choccolocco
It's my favorite time of year again. Turkeys aren't gobbling much here in Alabama yet but I have a big flock with 4 gobblers using a field regularly. I hate blind hunting but sometimes you have to do what it takes....

re: Turkey hunters: How often do you use decoys? - Choccolocco
I have never had any luck with decoys myself. The turkeys I hunt seem to be allergic to decoys. I have seen them veer off doing the scared turkey walk when they saw the decoy. I have hunting buddies that have had excellent results with decoys in other areas so who knows what a turkey is thinking. ...

re: Who needs a 12 gauge turkey gun when you can get patterns like this from a 20? - Choccolocco
I can't decide between the Fastfire or possibly the Eotech. The price of the Fastfire is tempting though. Heavy loads have made larger shot unnecessary imo. My Remington 1187 with with an Indian Creek choke will pattern 220 hits within a 10 inch circle at 40 yards. They impact with the force o...

re: Who needs a 12 gauge turkey gun when you can get patterns like this from a 20? - Choccolocco
I have a scope on my Remington and I purchased a Winchester SX3 this offseason. I was thinking maybe an Eotech or Fastfire for it. Nice pattern on your 20 I would take that all day. I shoot straight 7 hevi in my guns with good results. I have got to get on the ball with getting it set-up with turkey...
