She was on an episode of "Somebody Feed Phil." Fine as hell then too...

I have a family of about 10-15 in my backyard. Started with 5 or 6 in the fall, they had babies and now they are all over. They migrate down the hill behind my house every morning after the sprinklers shut off to feed on bugs in the grass. Make some unique calls as well...

re: Pools - Saltwater vs Chlorine

An option that is rarely, if ever, discussed is putting an ozone generator in. I have one for my pool and it cuts down the chlorine usage dramatically. Crystal clear water, still able to open eyes under water, plus you're not using all of these other chemicals to keep the water in check....
It's almost as if they have to publicly support it, or at least show a front that they do, or they'll be publicly shamed by the alphabet crowd and others who want to gather retweets and likes on facebook. I could care less, just provide good service in a non-obnoxious environment....
From empty to full it takes an EV about 8 hrs to fully charge
Eh??? Chargers are rated at like 250-300 miles per hour right now. Plus most chargers are around food and bathroom stops. I don't disagree she's a moron, but don't knock timing of driving an EV...
It's 6.39 at my corner gas station, or 6.19 with the purchase of a car wash......
velocity of a ballistic missile and MIRV
Ding ding, somebody knows their military science. MIRV speed is about 4 times the speed of that hypersonic missile. The death nobody will see coming. Hard to imagine more than 4 MILES per second...
I chuckle that they throw a race and gender equity name on the bill. I would guesstimate that 70% of the personnel receiving NIL deals in California are black males...
Navy COs for the most part place the blame game on their Sailors one day, then the next day hold an all hands call and "emphasize" that they (CO) are there for their Sailors no matter what. I've seen more back-stabbing from those in command more than I even care to remember. Reminder #1 to always ...

I thought so as well but it all worked out. Grill was 425, cooked over indirect heat with 7 or so minutes per side over the hot spot of the grill, no direct flame though. If the tomahawk was the only thing I was cooking, probably would’ve used some flame to crust it up a little more but it was sat...
am I the only one that finds tomahawk steaks to be a huge waste of money
I would generally agree with large cuts being a waste, but with the tomahawk, it's staying on the grill longer and soaking up the flavor of smoke. With a thinner ribeye it's sear over high heat and get out, s...
but i much prefer much more red
I believe the pieces that are visible in the picture are from the outside of the cut. Rookie me, I should've taken a picture of the center, but it was definitely a little deeper red in some parts. I made sure to pull right as the probe ticked 125...

First tomahawk steak cook

I’ve been eyeing it for a few months now and finally dove in and did one. Rubbed with Kinder’s master salt and fresh ground black pepper, cooked to 125 internal. Probably the most tender steak I’ve had in a long time. Paired with roasted potatoes, grilled corn, and Anaheim peppers stuffed with It...
Even computers on submarines should be susceptible to hacks
You can't be serious right? You think we run around with a wire connected to the submarine? Plus, as stated above, submarine equipment is so old, I'm sure it was built before the hacker was born. All you could really do...

Nuclear torpedo wouldn’t have kicked off nuclear war… nobody would’ve known what happened to those 2 submarines and they would’ve been presumed lost at sea. K-129 sank right off Hawaii, nobody knows what really happened to it...

I did Ironman Maryland  Worst damn day of my life and questioned why I made such a stupid decision...
I didn't realize Moreno Valley had that many people. Impressive considering Temecula/Murrieta/Menifee is just slightly south with 300k between all of them....
