re: At least 3 reasons why the refs should be fired - natcheztiger on 10/8/17 at 12:56 pm
And how about #7 for the Gators flat out punching our receiver in front of the referee. That was apparently the only play in the game when there was anything trash talk by either team because that was the only time in the game it was flagged to offset the punch so UF wouldn't even give up any penalt...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: So is The Auburn mascot racist too? How about Mizzou? Clemson? Exc. - natcheztiger on 6/5/17 at 3:30 pm
Do not give in to the PC nonsense. I lost all respect for Ole Miss over them throwing away their history. At the beginning of the Civil War, the Ole Miss student body (and many of their professors) joined the 11th Mississippi Infantry en masse, served together in a unit called the "University...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: An argument for why the SEC needs Missouri: - natcheztiger on 5/3/17 at 9:48 am
So you don't reference more than one media source? Ironic that Missouri claims to have such a great journalism program. Churning out alt-left journos left and right, as bad as Northwestern.
Dude, you're the one that cited two liberal rags. I think that was his point....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: An argument for why the SEC needs Missouri: - natcheztiger on 5/3/17 at 9:23 am
(5) reasons why Missouri belongs in the SEC
1) Beautiful school in a great college town. 2) For what its worth (considering the state of the East when it happened) you've got to give them their two trips to Atlanta. A feat Ole Miss, Vandy and Kentucky have never accomplished....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: Lowest point of your fandom - natcheztiger on 7/21/16 at 3:02 pm
I caught part of the replay of Kentucky's last win against Alabama (40-34 OT in 1997) on UK's SECC Takeover. If I were an Alabama fan, I think the whole Dubose era would be my low point. Much like the Archer/Hallman/Dinardo dark ages for LSU. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: Lowest point of your fandom - natcheztiger on 7/21/16 at 2:41 pm
Its a close to call between 2 Curly Hallman classics. #1: 1992 v. Ole Miss in Jackson. Lost 32-0 as some drunk redneck with a rebel flag on a huge tree limb laughed, cussed and threw chewed tobacco at everybody around him. #2: 1994 20-18 home loss to USM. The only bright spot to this loss...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: I root against Bama in every football game - natcheztiger on 6/9/16 at 9:41 am
I guess the fact that I sat thru the 96 game in Tiger Stadium made 97 more enjoyable. I think Freshman Shaun Alexander ran for about 9000 yards that day in 96. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: 20 years ago today...The Shot Heard Round the Bayou - natcheztiger on 6/8/16 at 6:01 pm
I was in law school at Mississippi College in Jackson. Watched it in a sports bar with a classmate buddy who is also an LSU grad. There were a lot of Ole Miss people in there rooting against LSU (interestingly, the Miss. State people-who, unlike Ole Miss, had a good baseball program were rooting fo...

re: Seems to be some confusion about comparing Mac's first year to Boom's - natcheztiger on 11/6/15 at 9:33 am
Seems to be some confusion about comparing Mac's first year to Boom's
I was happy when Florida hired Muschamp. Just did not think his resume supported getting that position. Mac is a different story. I hate to say it, but I suspect we have another Saban in the league. To wi...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
I've yet to meet a single LSU fan that does.
This LSU fan that suffered through the Bear era certainly does. Still, I like our chances on Saturday....Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Let's move the game to Tiger Stadium.... - natcheztiger on 11/5/15 at 11:26 am
Point is: LSU has a healthy respect for Alabama. But LSU doesn't lose the game when the red jerseys run onto the field like so many other teams. If you can beat us, then beat us. But Bama does not intimidate LSU, least of in BDS as this has been pretty much a road-team series for most of pa...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)
