Shuns are usually a harder steel (Rockwell Hardness) and are honed at 15 degrees. Wursthof are slightly softer and are honed at 20 degrees. Shuns are definitely sharper. The Shun SG2 steel is very hard and holds an edge. I have both sets....

The closest place to buy Oberon is the Whole Foods in Mobile. If you are going to Destin, it can be had at the beverage store by the mall....

The canned flavor is from citric acid they use to preserve the artichokes. Frozen hearts have none but I have never seen frozen bottoms....

There was a topic about different types of corn meal or corn flour and someone said they liked "corn sugar". I tried to research it but could not find any such thing. Where does one find this for frying seafood?...

Grassfed doesn't have enough fat or colories to produce Prime. Keep them in the stable and feed them corn....
