Roger's book is out of print. I just Googled 'roger's cajun cookbook' though and there looks to be a few copies still floating around on eBay, Amazon and Barnes & Noble used books, and iOffer. As for finding it in town, anywhere used books are. I don't think any publisher/printer is willing to produ...

Hey Lucky, I just found my copy of his cookbook and it says in the intro "I hope they'll elicit the same response they did for me - 'TONNAIRE, MAIS CAS C'EST BONNE, OUI!!!'"
I speak France French, and can tell you (a) 'cas' should be spelled as ca, and 'bonne' as bon, and (b) it means something lik...
