I am an estimator for a commercial construction company and while 2k seem a little high it’s actually not that crazy. The sealants and waterproofing in the old windows most likely have asbestos so they will have to hire an asbestos abatement contractor to remove them $$$. The new windows look like ...

Sams Pub or the parking lot south west of the stadium. If you get to the parking lot early you can pay $10 or so for a tailgate spot. Vandy is fun I lived across from campus for a football season. :cheers:...
