Came out great. Ended up boiling for 2.5 hours and soaking for another 1.5 hours. Used a container of zatarains pro boil, almost all of a medium bottle of concentrate crab boil, and a small bottle of onion and garlic crab boil which is not concentrated. Just bought 30 lbs (a sack) of jumbo, cleaned green peanuts to boil. Never done this before. Any tips or recipes? Btw, I want them Cajun style (with crab boil)...
