Vilma is amazing and does not deserve a long term contract only because it would be a shame to see him waste his talent in New Orleans with a "makeshift" franchise...
i have to agree with The Greek on this one....TO has too much pride for himself and his family to ever be part of the New Orleans franchise (or lack there of)...
And what if my time machine says we win the superbowl in 2010. Does that still mean that the direction we're presently going is not up?
....first off, don't refer to yourself as part of the Saint's organization by saying "we" because (me guess) is your not...but anyways, all i'm s...

i would have loved to see him at LSU personally. I think he is a good talent but just has some growing up to do. but anyways, i can see him landing somewhere like South Carolina, which has an awful qb core. he could take the year off and then compete for the starting job...

they didn't spend all that money on him to wait until 2010. Bush is an indication of the direction that this franchise is heading and i will give you a hint, its not up...

when is he gonna learn how to be a REAL running back in the NFL? hasn't shown anything yet and is on his way to a disappointing career in my opinion...

Robert Marve

anyone know where he ended up going?...

Jefferson

i like his potential and ability to just get the ball to the playmakers. I say keep him as the number 1 qb and let russell touch the ball at least 20 or 25 times a game from various positions (qb, wr, or even rb on a toss or option)...

well I guess the draft does play in his hands this year with a weak core of wide receivers...
He could have a career ending injury next year. Thats just something you dont know.
Yes and the QB situation has the potential to be again catastrophic...

Lafell made the right choice

He does not want to end up like D Byrd with a sub-par draft stock. Thoughts?...
