I love Bikes, Blues, and BBQ and the atmosphere that it brings to Dickson Street!! I love being able to see all the different bikes and the noise is great. I learned about it in a class last semester and your right it does have a low smoke point and Rex it is good for as well. Cooking with it I would say chicken more than shrimp but thats my opinion. :geauxtigers:...
