Yes, that's exactly where my land is located. Just curious why the double in just two weeks. The big jump makes me apprehensive about agreeing to any offers right now. Any information from people in the know is appreciated. Thanks in advance....

I have about 60 acres in eastern Red River parish. One month ago I was offered 2,500 per, two weeks ago 7,500 and just got an offer of 14,000 today. I have been out of the country for a week. What has happened recently to cause this jump?...
