To be fair, it was Moiraine's belief that the dragon could be male or female, and she admitted to Suian that they knew basically nothing about the dragon. I think that was a case of them showinng aes sedai ignorance. I know you arent watching anymore, but in one of the season 2 episodes Verin im...
Not exactly. They have it open-ended at the moment, but if you watch ep. 8 when it happens, its pretty clear that Ishy shields Moiraine and ties it off....
Official Season 2 start date announced for September 1. Also some pictures released, including one with the Seanchan, Loial, and Ishy together? Guessing thats Falme after some capturings....
I think they mean that both books 2 and 3 feature very similar Rand/Ishy closing climaxes. There was no way we were ever getting 3 straight Rand/Ishy fights to end seasons. So that part makes perfect sense. I think the big question is what the show does with the Stone of Tear. Alot of speculat...
New video dropped at JordanCon. Nothing major, just a few castings officially confirmed and some q and a. Main thing was a look at Aviendha, Bain and Chiad in their maidens get up introducing themselves and using maiden hand talk. That part looked really good. Also Jay Duffy who many specula...
Its not that odd actually. For one, there is a huge backlog with cgi stuff that is affecting every show like this. Shadow and Bone just came out with its season 2 on Netflix after a similar period of time. Same thing is projected to happen with House of the Dragon season 2. And part of the probl...
Whatever you think of the show, the fact that it has brought so many new fans to the book series will always be a positive in the grand scheme of things. Obviously, I also am still holding out hope the next couple seasons get a lot better....

I enjoyed season 2 alot, though I can see how it might be a struggle if you arent familiar with the books as they throw alot of stuff at you throughout the season, including tons of teases and easter eggs. The Crows continue to kill it as a group, and Nikolai was handled really well. Excited to se...
I mostly use Pink Gold Peach with the cat cruiser, although I like to mix in Red/Blue Yoshi on the Yoshi bike every now and then. But I've gotten to where I dont race all that much, almost strictly battle mode for me....
Also with this wave they added Birdo as a character, and there are at least 5 more ? characters to come, I guess in the next 2 waves. Or perhaps there might be some crossover with the Mario movie and they add someone from it....
There is almost no chance it will be worse. Even if everything else stays the same, the lack of covid shutdowns and losing a key actor in the middle of the season will ensure it rises above season 1 if only slightly. But people who were much less excited about season 1 have been talking up seaso...
This has not been my experience at all. Reddit seems to be much more pro-book, while not necessarily being as anti-show as like this site. But there are plenty of people posting on reddit that didnt like the show so I'm not sure why that one poster would have been banned....
Books 7 and 8 are fine, the main problem is they were supposed to be one book that got split into 2 which means they are much slower than they should be. Book 9 to me is wildly underrated, has some of the best sequences in the entire series. The less said about book 10 the better. It is defin...
Yeah, I get that it can be hard to believe this type of stuff but you can get clues from reading between the lines on these things and usually its not that out of whack with the end result. For example, there were similar whispers before season 1 that were quite negative and ended up panning out ...
I know most people on here seem to be out for good, but alot more smoke now that season 2 is going to be much better. First there was word among the crew, which must be taken with a grain of salt, but they all believe season 2 to be much better than season 1. Then there were rumors from people clo...
I think its doable with enough money and resources, but most importantly, better creative. As for Rand's internal stuff, that is definitely the hardest to translate, which is why they almost have to do something with Lews/Moiraine (post doorway) as someone Rand can have conversations with reflect...
No one has said anything officially about what happened with Mat, but the most persistent rumor is the actor refused to get vaccinated. I'm sure it will come out at some point in the near future....
Is this disagreement? It is regarded by pretty much everyone that the casting was spot on and the clear strength of the show. Not sure how anyone can even argue that. The show's problems were much more related to plot choices, adaptation choices, and the covid/actor leaving outside stuff....
I guess I shouldnt be, but I have to admit I'm surprised people are still getting upset about this. Its modern Hollywood, you have to either accept it or quit watching pretty much anything. The casting was the best part of the show, and this girl was great in Killing Eve season 3, so I'm on boar...
Also, this is kind of telling in how subjective this stuff can be, but I've heard multiple Witcher fans who have read the books say that season 2 was a disaster and potentially ruined the show. I've only read the first witcher book and I enjoyed Season 1 and so far the first 2 eps of season 2, but ...
