Membership at Apogee is not a 1Million dollars its $ 500,000 and monthly dues are $ 3000 ... 18 holes now....54 hole complex when complete in 2 yrs...Villas for members to stay while on properly says that most of the members are from Northeast who go down during winter months. ...

Cafe Syndie Mae in Breaux Bridge is the place to go....great food, music and atmosphere....make a reservation ASAP because they are in high demand for Sunday lunch!

Rummel- I've been except in 2020-2021 about 28 times 2018 was last time the Azaleas where really in full bloom! Those chairs where the most photographed chairs at the Par 3 contest. And they had quite a few Patrons standing in the back of them just in case they showed up. Hey we saw Norman, Bo Jackson, Gretsky, Lawrence Taylor , Saban just to name a few that where walking around the course during the week. ...

Mike was putting roughly 150,000 a month to break even for monthly expenses for the last 4-5 yrs. Last yr. he placed course in His foundation which was making those payments. Upon his death his daughter is going to see what those payments amounted too and will be very unhappy. Since she nor Mikes so...

FYI- the club has been placed in a foundation with most of Mike's assets not a trust. Private foundations qualify for tax exemption under section 501c (3). Mike hated paying taxes and he took every avenue available to avoid them..even owning a money losing golf course. FYI that foundation will never...
