We will drive from Mandeville to eat and enjoy the music on the weekend nights...depending on the band, it is usually very crowded and fun....

It is a good location for a restaurant. There are a lot of roof tops in that area, and great day time business traffic....

Normal Outback location has about 90 parks and about the same number of employees per shift..should work. I still think the property is larger than you think, and they might have more parks than 100. I can find out by calling a friend if you are really interested....

Might we get a chance to serve you breakfast on your way back north? It would be great to see yall. Also: We have plenty of Aquarium tickets if you would like to use some of them...just let me know....
