Please note that KIN is a surplus lines insurance carrier. What does this mean to you? It means that this policy is not backed by the Louisiana guaranty fund which backs all homeowners policies up to 500K. So if they run out of money, then who ever hasn’t been paid, get in line with the creditor...

708 days sober here. There is some solid solid advice in this thread. For your own personal knowledge and to say you tried- try the cutting back. Some people can, I am not one of them. It will take some time to change but you will eventually get back to enjoying crawfish boils, hunting, fish...

Having an issue with the above. Ranger is incredibly hard to start and must use ether to get it started. Once running, idles fine. Bogs at top end and max speed is 35 at 5200 RPM Google searches led me to replace fuel pump yesterday. Still same deal as above. Drove it today and smells like it’s r...

Yes this is standard with Vault now and becoming standard with the few carriers left in LA. Water heaters are a source of large water claims, especially in high end homes which I am assuming yours is because of being with Vault. Given the current insurance market I would replace and move on....

See if they will put the roof on actual cash value settlement instead of replacement cost. Roofs have been a huge huge loss for homeowners insurance companies so they are being sticklers about it. ...
