I could be wrong, but I think the charges against Dwyer turned out to be untrue.
I believe he committed suicide to save his pension and other benefits for his family....

I lived in BR in those days and I remember stopping at a Sonic to get a chili dog. I parked in a slot towards the back and they requested that I park up front. I guess they thought I might be the serial killer and was fixing to snatch someone.
I was a little insulted by that, but whatever. :lol:...
