Dandy is all LSU, the papers/tv cover other stuff.
Lester nailed it. We eat up details about the players. Who they are, how they think of their teammates, life obstacles, close teammates, etc.
Coaches too. Make our coaches human.

This is the way I remember it and I hope there's proof...It was real quick. He struck the batter out and when he was bringing his hand back ran it in front of his face real quickly. It almost looked like the action you do when you touch a hot plate....
