I'm a SurfsharkVPN user, and I hadn't had any similar issues. The speeds for streaming are okay, and if there are any issues, their support responds quite quickly and fix the problem. Also, if I remember correctly, Surfshark is way cheaper than Express....

I use Netflix since now I can access all the content from different libraries without any geographical restrictions their services are more than enough for me....

Has anyone watched "You" (Netflix)? It's such a great TV series, and I think that the second season is coming out sometime in December. Can't wait!...
