Was this 4h equipment possibly?
Yes. That's the place. From what I can tell by all of the online forums, I'd be happy with any of them. I can't say I've seen someone with a GD wish they had purchased a BGE, Primo, etc. or vice versa. Everyone seems to be pleased with their choi...

Thanks. I'll check them out tomorrow. I'm leaning towards black. Can't make up my mind if I want to make a cart with a concrete, tile or granite top. The place in DS told me they have a $649 "package" for the GD. The guy on the phone wasn't exactly sure what that included. He suggested I drive...

re: Wusthof or J.A. Hennckels?

I have a Hennckels that was purchased over 10 years ago and I purchased my mother-in-law a Wustof a couple years ago. When I am at her house I use her Hennckels. In my opinion, my Hennckels has far superior edge holding....
I liked the food, but one day my wife and I went in for an early lunch. Apparently, they occasionally reheat food cooked the day before. From our table, we could see the old guy in the kitchen removing food from a big ziplock. He'd take one bite out the bag, put one scoop in the pot, take one bit...

The most foul thing I have ever been served was turtle soup at the cajun restaurant next door to Cafe Des Ami in Breaux Bridge. I like creole style turtle soup, but the cajun version I was served was terrible. Vertebrae and tail bones and I imagine other bits and pieces were in the bowl. I can lo...
