He went 0-3 I believe. Struck out twice looking but like I said the pitcher from Doyle was throwing some filthy stuff. The other 2 times I had seen him play he smashed. I don’t know how many dingers he hit this year but I believe it’s quiet a few....

Today I watched Rosepine win the 2A state championship against Doyle. What a game! Both pitchers threw gems. During the Busch Challenge they would also have 11 yr old all star teams from the surrounding area play games in the dome before the college games started. It was one of the greatest memories of my youth to get to play on the same field before LSU vs Ga Tech. After we played we got to watch the game...
