Repainting soffits and facia

Like the title says it’s time to repaint our soffits and facia. What kind of prep work do I need to do before I paint? Pressure wash?, hand scrub?(will take forever), sanding necessary? Is there any need to prime if I’m just repainting it white? Also what kind of paint would you recommend? Any tools...

Seems like everywhere has the standard option to tip once you swipe your card. I rarely get coffee from cc’s or Starbucks but today I had some time to waste and went. Why are parts of I10 grass on fire? Starting at highland rd exit going towards New Orleans 20+ spots of grass on fire with cop cars all over...

Power lines thorugh trees. Who is responsible?

I’d like to remove a tree or two but I have power lines and internet lines running through them. Inside BR city limits so is this something the city will at least trim the branches off the power lines or is it all on me to do? I’d hate to pull down a power line while doing this....
