I’ll second Rays. It’s such a gem. The food is reasonably priced and consistently good.
I’ll also be specific about Katy Asian town - Corner 99 has some delicious food. Particularly pho and grilled pork spring rolls. ...

Most HEBs don't reliably take reservations. Driving them in from BR would be fine if you keep them iced, lid cracked, drain open, and something on the bottom to keep them out of the water (like PVC pipe). I've kept crawfish in sacks for 24+ hours this way without any trouble.

Depends on what you're doing with it when it's done cooking. Select brisket is fine for chopped beef sandwiches/tacos/enchiladas/whatever....
