I'm not a student anymore but I wouldn't stay for this shite show. I don't approve of our AD, coach, and some of his staff (Grimes). What other effective ways can I show it than by not going to games or leaving when my eyes start bleeding from watching the pointless penalties and poor execution. ...

I tore my labrum 6 years ago and my shoulder was never the same even after surgery. I've had numerous MRIs on both shoulders since then but I've always continued to lift heavy with proper form.
