I don't really want him, but with the right OC I don't think it's the end of the world. I don't buy the notion that he "sets us back 20 years." Bring in Sark or someone as OC, and I think we're a minimum 9 win team no matter who's coaching.
I guess what I'm saying is I don't want him as HC, but ...

This is a lot of what a good HC does, honestly. Mostly it's about creating an environment where your coordinators and position coaches can flourish and get the most out of their players. ...

I think he's done a remarkable job as interim. He certainly wouldn't be my first choice as HC at this point, but there's pretty good reason to think that this team can be successful with him, should he make a dynamic hire for the OC position. I'd prefer Herman or Fisher. But of both of those fall th...
