We're 'olds' with wives and kids (they are not coming :)) so probably hitting tailgates for food/drinks and general football talk with SEC fans I assume the drive in and out from NO is insane on game days, and BR hotels are full - any suggestions - motels or hotels between NO and BR or other routes...

Hey Tiger Fans: A buddy of mine and I are planning to head to Baton Rouge for the Alabama game this year - starting a tradition of going to 1 big game a year outside of the Big 12 and of course this was an easy call.
Any info on best tailgating spots, what to do the night before, sites to see, ...
