what i think most people are missing is my tongue weight on that boat is well over 300lbs probably closer to 5 to 600 if not more. the typical scale tricks as much as i appreciate the input are not going to work....

whats the easiest, smartest, best, way to figure out the tongue weight on a boat? I bought the boat second hand and the trailer was bought for the boat 5 years after the boat was made. the original owner had the boat on a lift and the guy i bought it from trailered it. thanks!!!...

its a 25open contender boat is actually 28foot. i tow it to grand isle and basically leave it for the summer and tow it back but when I'm down there i pull it in and out of the water. i know the f250 is ideal but I'm getting tired of paying more for diesel and i don't need that truck running around...

got it in and all together, i will be trying it out for the first time next weekend at the camp. i live in ascension parish so i walked outside and obviously had to try it out. the ambient light isn't low enough to get a good judge. i can however see things just a 100 yards away that i couldn't see...

really depends on now much acreage you plan to plant. iron clay/cow peas work great at our place in Ms. they will maul it. but it depends on how much you want to plant and also i would recommend getting soil samples....
