I had heard Rouses declined because they weren't allowed the square footage they wanted. Ralph's bailed as well when construction took forever to get going. If it is, in fact, going to be a Rouses, it'd be great...I'll just believe it when I see it. ...

Now...how about getting a shopping center and a grocery store???
Anyone heard anything new about that Copperstill Marketplace???...

A friend of ours lives in that Bedico Creek neightborhood, said that they now call the sheriff (and prosecute for trespassing) if they see anyone out there on four-wheelers. I'd try somewhere else......

Have there been any updates on the shopping center development or planned road construction? We're moving out that way and would love to see some progress...Still haven't seen any change and it's been well over a year now....
