Despite what you have read from Skrmetta, he will cost you money in the long run by killing the solar market in Louisiana and hiding behind low rates by introducing massive fees.
Residential solar installations are a net positive for every single consumer currently: http://www.utilitydive.com/new...

I am clearly not Forest, I would imagine that guy has more important things to do right now than be on TD.
I voted for Leone in November, and the more I have read about Skrmetta, the more strongly I have felt to try and get rid of him.
Neither option is great, but Wright >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Skrme...

Skrmetta is an arse at PSC meetings, that's a pretty clear answer too.

Plenty of quality Republicans love Wright too.
Leone, the reason there is a runoff, endorsed Wright: http://www.wwltv.com/story/news/2014/11/10/alternative-energy-advocate-forest-bradley-wright-received-a-key-endorsement/18790213/
Wright was at Cassidy's rally in Kenner with Leone and Florida...

There was a timely increase in rates as well that came right after the general election: http://www.nola.com/business/index.ssf/2014/12/rates_go_up_for_entergy_custom.html
I wonder if Skrmetta/Entergy planned that....

Wright is the clear choice:
- If you want net neutrality, go with Wright
- If you want energy choices, go with Wright
- Skrmetta was previously a democrat (http://www.nola.com/elections/index.ssf/2014/11/public_service_commission_1st.html#incart_river)
- Nola.com and The Gambit both endorsed Wri...

I did more research and this video indicates why I am voting for Wright; he may at least end corporations financing the campaigns like others states do: http://www.fox8live.com/story/23974385/lee-zurik-investigation-are-utilities-the-real-power-behind-the-psc
Looks like Skrmetta flipped affiliati...

This link discusses the costs recovered by Entergy: http://www.wbrz.com/news/entergy-wants-to-cancel-little-gypsy-plan/
This article stats that the project is dead: http://www.nola.com/business/index.ssf/2011/05/little_gypsy_power_plant_conve.html
Poor linking on my part....

Who is everyone voting for in District 1?
Skrmetta appears to be in the pocket of the major utilities and Wright seems to be influenced by solar: http://www.nola.com/politics/index.ssf/2014/10/eric_skrmetta_outraises_oppone.html
Skrmetta also allowed Entergy to skirt a $200 million dollar bill...
