Good lord man. Grow up, grow a pair. You need to be grateful you have time to post on this meaningless message board. ...
re: Potato Joe going after hot water heaters now

I don’t have the math but almost any gas fired hot water heater is more efficient than an electric unit. None of this makes any sense unless you apply the greenhouse gas reduction goals which just drives the cost of everything out of sight. ...
re: Landry folds - will whore himself to feds to give out free food to poors this summer

Pretty hard core assumptions on here tonight. The system is so flawed. It keeps the dependent dependent and that’s the issue that has to be resolved. ...

It’s a no win situation. You have to take the money. It’s a bad system for sure but the federal government can basically bribe everybody with OUR money. You don’t take the money and You are a despicable human being who doesn’t care about under served kids at $40/kid.
I think about The PPP lo...

The fund raiser for James was interesting to say the least. Most R’s in one place since Eddie Rispone ran for governor and Garret Graves tried to convince supporters to hang in there with the redrawing of the 6th district.
St. George won, Garret won and I think Ted James will win and he’ll, if h...
re: Louisiana congressional map creating new majority-Black district ruled unconstitutional

The best thing this does is eliminate another D in the house for now. Do I think the district was drawn knowing it would get kicked out. Maybe. ...

You’ll be ok if you live in a good neighborhood now. That was the fear tactic the status quo was promoting to garner support. ...

Both are good. I live in both. MS has its own time and it’s slow. It’s a good refuge from the faster paced BR or NO.
LA is great for its people who have the best sense of humor and are very creative and fun to be around for the most part. Nobody or few take life too seriously. The food, ...

Ted’s backers are a who’s who of Republicans and business leaders. He’s a young, clean cut BR guy. Southern Law school
Grad who cares about our city and parish. He knows we are one election away from being New Orleans or Jackson, MS.
Support him. Our best chance.

Short Wheel Base is going to be short term anyway. I think Ted James has her beat already. Will be interesting to see his take on St. George. If he’s smart he’ll support it. The position is still Parish President. The election is for parish President for Zachary, Baker, Central, BR and...
re: LA. Supreme Court Rules in Favor of St. George Incorporators

It would be interesting to know how much EBRP taxpayer money was spent trying to usurp the will of the people who voted for the creation of St. George. St. George should be reimbursed for their legal costs in fighting the unlawful denial of their legally obtained rights.
This was a classic batt...

I love my Diesel Yukon XL. It gets 24 MPG on average, can carry everybody and anything, is safe and tough as nails. I can drive 650 miles and not worry about a dead battery. I can fill up a the Buckee’s of my choice and roll.
I really love my 911 but cost isn’t everything and Ruth’s costs...

I’m afraid it’s going to come to more self insurance and lenders will have to demand higher down payments so people won’t just walk away from damaged underinsured properties.
Might be the coming trend. People who have big equity from a previous home may just borrow against other assets and ba...
