Las Vegas has American Fish by Michael Mina, Bouchon by Tom Keller, Emeril's New Orleans Fish House, Restaurant Guy Savoy, Joel Robuchon Restaurant, Picasso at Billagio and many more world class restaurants. Check out Las Vegas. Most all of the great chefs from around the world have a restaurant there....

BTW, 99% of all premium steaks served in restaurants, including steak houses, use pre-cut vacuum sealed steaks. It's called wet aging. Please try Juban's again when it's just you and your wife or a small group and you're not with a huge group all wanting separate checks....
